About this machine

In-shell lining machine for crown corks. Number of punches is 24 pcs. Liner profiles: P916 (pry-off); P912 (twist-off) for crown 26 mm and height 6.00 mm. The machine comes with two sets of punches (916 and 912 profiles), as well as two sets of dosing knives for processing PVC and PVC-free compounds. Equipped with a PIOVAN compound loader, GR1AC chiller, and the original NRS cooling conveyor. The machine is also equipped with a CVS3000 vision inspection system with two cameras for inspection of both the outside and inside of the crown caps.
