About this machine
The total oven has 4 modules of 3 meters each. Each module has 2 burners = 8 burners in total, running on propane. Height of conveyor from the floor: 880 mm. Position of the varnished seam: on the upper part of the canbody. CANBODY TRANSPORT: Magnetic conveyor made of 120 mm wide aluminium profile with a length of 3 meters. Connections for internal cooling (cooling optional). Drive by motor variator with electronic speed regulation. Fiberglass conveyor belt with tensioning system. Adjustable side guides for diameters 52–153.7 mm. OVEN STRUCTURE: Brackets for supporting the burners, air ducts, flue gas exhaust duct and gas installation. On the lower part tubular supports are included for mounting the air extractor, air blower and pressurized air fan. Safety protections for burners and moving parts according to CE standards. BURNERS: 2 burners per module, incorporating a gas outlet tube, with hot air outlet grille and manifold, made of refractory stainless steel. Height adjustment of burners: min. 880+52+10 = 942 mm; max. 880+154+10 = 1,044 mm. AIR DUCTS: Double air circuit, driven by a fan of 790 m³/h and 2 HP power, and extracted air at 1,800 m³/h. Blower for air mixture of 135 m³/h with pressure of 225 mbar, vacuum 185 mbar. Power 1.1 kW with in-line pressure switch. • 1 pneumatic solenoid valve • 1 pressure gauge • 1 air shut-off valve for flame length regulation GAS DUCTS: Burner supply system with: • Gas inlet pressure regulator and gas filter • 1 pressure gauge at gas inlet and 1 pressure gauge at the outlet of the pressure regulator • 1 air-gas mixture regulator • 2 shut-off solenoid valves and 2 fine adjustment valves, 2 venturis • 2 ignition spark plugs and 2 ionization electrodes ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION: Electrical panel including one ignition transformer per burner, one cycle control module per burner, pressure switches for blowers, shut-off solenoid valves in case of burner stoppage, and safety systems. Indicator of possible faults on synoptic panel.
